Its a rainy day today I am sitting at my window and watching the beauty of nature. This is great sight I love the scenes the nature has created today. Let me share it with you The falling weewee droplets make the air cool and environment calm. When it starts rain slowly every one rushes to safe place to save them. Women rush to roof to dole out their framework down to save from getting wet. Small children gets excited. You can easily see them jumping and trying to come out to take a feel of rain. shake off you watched the scene on roads when it starts raining. ha ha its funny scene. Some people try to escape by running/ some try to take shelter under others roof / some take bag or books magazines on their head and try to escape. But this is all when it is atonic rain. but when it is heavy rain one has no way. Even umbrellas are insufficient. The heavy lightning with thunderous sound.. God save us Prays the poor in his hut. Every one comes out on window and peeps out side scene . If you have a field in front you will hear songs of frog. accommodate u seen them when they speak/ their vocal sac. This seems like a baloon. The old ponders the rain scene and remembers his child hood and young days. He never forgets to guard his high-sounding children waiting to jump in rain. Still u see the eager ness of children if they could have been permitted to take a bath. What is more that when it rains with heavy wind. U shut your door and window. And still manage to peep out side Ha ha ha Hands off to God .on this well-favoured scene creation. How beautiful is the scene of nature The black thunderous cloud, the fading day light due to its darkness, birds rushing to their nests. And the unique beauty of raining. Well this is not all. When it stops raining. Its a different pleasure . Small water droplets droping from wet leaves one after one.. creating different sounds when droping on water/ dry leaves/ wood or metal. Misery Loves CompanySalamano and his train have a strange relationship. They are always to start outher and even look similar, but Salamano is constantly beating the dog. One would think that since the dog was Salamanos only companion then he would treat it better. Theyve been together for eight years, always doing the some routine, so theyve started to take on each others personalities, as well as looks. They say that misery loves company- which is exactly the case with Salamano. He got the dog after his wife died, for companionship, but he has never really been happy. Nature Vs. Nurture in Sherri S. Teppers The Gate to Womens CountryPersonality traits, are they learned or innate? Or could it be a combination of both genetics and learning? Reading The Gate to Womens Country by Sherri S. Tepper, I regard playing with the idea of learned or innate traits are the backbone for her novel. Knowing very well the nature vs. nurture perspective can be controversial to many, giving the reader an idea to ponder and debate. This novel is set in a time 300 years after a convulsion, a great war that was brought upon by men. It was men who were the diplomats and men who made the speeches about national pride and defenseand we died (pg. 301). The beginning of the novel starts out as a materialization and continues to be a reflection until the end, although the ways in which Tepper words casualtys, put the reader in the moment so that he/she forgets they are reflecting and thinks that each happening is going on as you read, giving much much meaning to the piece. The reader is taken on a journey through the experiences of one missy from adolescence to adulthood, and as she comes to understand the way of life in Womens Country so do we the reader. Stavia (the main character) is reflecting everything that has made her who she is up to that point in her life. When Stavia was young the only if worry she had to deal with was the coming and going of the male counterpart. Yes, it was a confusing emotional act at a young age, which would only become more confusing and emotional with age and wisdom. Stavia is a very intelligent, trustworthy, honorable, curious, open, loving girl, and to a point she conforms to the ways in which the council believes are appropriate. I believe the reason she is conforming is because e ither you agree with the council or you leave womens country. The councilwomen have worked to long and hard to have a revolting girl destroy what they have come to induce and with high hopes of perfecting. In this novel there is a division of the two genders and they are put in their own communities, known as Womens Country and the Garrison, with the riddance of few men who chose to return to Womens Country.

This teaches s to make individuals out of themselves, and that there is no standard of being domestic. That means that there also wouldnt be a standard for men in choosing their wives. This fairytale moves s ahead a step in overcoming mens expectations in a wife. In conclusion, it is interesting to note that this fairytale, King Thrushbeard, does not teach s to conform to a standard way of life. What it does teach is that s should not be demoralised by the disapproval of men who prefer to view a standard w ay of life. It teaches s to be confident and assertive in making decisions, and to be appreciative of those who are appreciative of them. However, I do not feel as though each and every feature of the fairytale could be yzed to formulate a solid, coherent idea. There are some occasions in which features of the story are assumed to be a specific teaching, when, on the other hand, after being yzed do not hold together in producing a second or third didactic theme. This is my reasoning for not including many features of the fairytale. I found some to be misleading and often time irrelevant to the issue being discussed.
